Archos announces 9.7-inch ICS tablet 97 Carbon

French electronics company Archos has announced the launch of Archos 97 carbon, the first tablet in its "Elements" range.As the name suggests, the Archos 97 Carbon is a 9.7-inch Android tablet . It supports Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system.

Features of Archos 97 carbon are tagged below:

• It display has a resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels, and utilizes IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology for better image contrast, richer colors, and wider viewing angles.
• Has front and back camera
• Single-core 1GHz processor.
• 1GB of RAM.
• It is 0.45-inches thick and weighs 620 grams.
• It has 16GB of internal storage, and a microSD slot, capable of adding another 32GB.
